This platform is strictly a third-party information marketplace. We do not employ workers, nor do we act as a licensed contractor. We are not a party to any agreement formed between users.
No Verification
We do not verify the identity, skills, professional licenses (CSLB), or insurance coverage of any user. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to verify a worker's eligibility and the sole responsibility of the Worker to verify a contractor's license status before starting any work.
Assumption of Risk
Users assume all risks related to employment classification (AB5 compliance), workplace safety, and payment disputes. The platform shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or legal disputes arising from connections made through this service.
Compliance
You agree to comply with all California labor and construction laws.
